FurPalGo Terms of Service

Effective: August 8, 2026Provided by HongDou LLC

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. By accessing or using FurPalGo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Section 22 contains a binding individual arbitration agreement and class action waiver. You may opt out of arbitration as described in Section 22.8.

These Terms include important limitations, safety responsibilities, payment rules, and provisions concerning independent pet sitters, pet trainers, and AI-assisted training features.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you and HongDou LLC, doing business as FurPalGo ("FurPalGo," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the FurPalGo website, mobile applications, communications, pet-care marketplace, pet-training features, payment tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, clicking to accept, submitting a request, confirming a Booking, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to the FurPalGo Privacy Policy and any policies presented to you in connection with a Booking. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised "Effective" date. When changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the Services, by email, or by another reasonable method. Changes will apply prospectively from the stated effective date, except where law requires otherwise. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

To use FurPalGo, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
  • Provide complete, current, and accurate account information.
  • Maintain the security of your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
  • Use the Services only for lawful personal or legitimate business purposes.
  • Comply with these Terms, applicable Booking terms, and all applicable laws.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. Unless FurPalGo expressly permits otherwise, each person may maintain only one active account, although an account may support more than one user role.

4. FurPalGo's Platform Role

FurPalGo operates a technology marketplace through which pet parents may discover, communicate with, request services from, book, and pay independent pet sitters and pet trainers. Sitters and trainers may use FurPalGo tools to offer services, manage requests, schedule services, receive payments, and, for training, collect intake information, prepare evaluations and plans, assign homework, provide feedback, and track progress.

Unless FurPalGo expressly states otherwise, FurPalGo does not itself provide pet sitting, boarding, walking, training, veterinary, animal-behaviorist, medical, or emergency services. The applicable pet parent and Service Provider enter into the agreement for the booked service. FurPalGo provides marketplace, communication, workflow, payment, and support tools but is not a party to the performance of that service.

FurPalGo does not guarantee that a request will receive responses, that a Service Provider will accept a request, that a user is suitable for a particular service, or that any service will produce a particular result.

5. Key Definitions

Booking. A confirmed agreement for pet-care or training services, created when the parties accept the displayed service terms and the required payment is successfully authorized or completed.

Pet Parent. A user who requests or purchases services for a pet and has authority to make decisions concerning that pet.

Service Provider. An independent sitter or trainer offering services through FurPalGo.

Sitter. A Service Provider offering boarding, daycare, walking, drop-in care, house sitting, or another approved pet-care service.

Trainer. A Service Provider offering pet-training services.

Training Request. A request from a Pet Parent seeking a Trainer's consideration, which does not itself create a Booking.

Training Case. The FurPalGo workspace and records associated with an accepted training relationship, including intake, evaluation, plan, Sessions, Homework, submissions, feedback, and progress information.

Training Plan. A proposed or active outline of goals, Sessions, skills, and activities. A Training Plan may change based on progress, safety, and professional judgment.

Session. A scheduled in-person, remote, or other agreed training appointment.

Package. A Booking that includes multiple Sessions or a defined period of training support.

AI-Assisted Content. Draft content produced or supported by an artificial intelligence tool, including intake questions, evaluations, plans, Session materials, Homework, or summaries.

User Content. Information or material a user submits, uploads, posts, sends, or creates through the Services.

6. Independent Service Providers

Sitters and Trainers are independent businesses or individuals and are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, or representatives of FurPalGo. Service Providers decide whether to accept requests and are responsible for the services they offer and perform, subject to these Terms and applicable platform policies.

Service Providers are responsible for:

  • Accurately describing their services, qualifications, certifications, specialties, limitations, service areas, rates, and availability.
  • Maintaining any licenses, permits, registrations, insurance, and tax status required for their business.
  • Performing accepted services with reasonable care and in compliance with applicable law.
  • Maintaining appropriate records and communicating material safety or service concerns.
  • Their methods, equipment, supplies, expenses, income reporting, and taxes.

Service Providers who offer pet boarding, daycare, grooming, or similar services from a home or other location are solely responsible for complying with local zoning, animal-control, and public-health requirements, including any limits on the number of animals that may be kept or cared for at a residence without a commercial permit, and for obtaining any business license, health permit, or inspection required in their jurisdiction before offering such services. FurPalGo does not verify a Service Provider's compliance with these requirements and is not responsible for a Service Provider's failure to obtain or maintain them.

The parties' actual relationship and applicable law control regardless of the label used in these Terms.

7. Pet-Care Requests and Bookings

A Pet Parent may request pet-care services and provide dates, location, pet information, care instructions, and other relevant details. A Booking is created only after the parties agree to the service, dates, rate, applicable fees, cancellation policy, and material instructions, and payment is successfully confirmed.

Once confirmed, the Pet Parent and Sitter are responsible for honoring the Booking. Material modifications should be made through FurPalGo and may require approval by both parties and an additional charge or refund.

8. Training Requests, Cases, and Bookings

A Training Request allows a Trainer to decide whether the request may be an appropriate fit. The Trainer may accept the request for further evaluation, decline it, ask questions, or recommend another professional. Acceptance for intake or evaluation does not guarantee that the Trainer will offer a Package or create a confirmed Booking.

The typical training process may include:

  1. The Pet Parent submits a Training Request.
  2. The Trainer reviews the request and may accept it for intake, request more information, or decline it.
  3. The Pet Parent completes an intake form and provides relevant pet, household, behavior, health, and safety information.
  4. The Trainer may prepare an evaluation and a proposed Training Plan.
  5. The Pet Parent reviews the scope, number of Sessions, price, schedule expectations, and cancellation terms.
  6. A binding Booking is created only when the Pet Parent accepts the offered service and payment is successfully confirmed.

Any evaluation, plan, schedule, or other material supplied before payment is a draft proposal and does not require either party to proceed. After a Booking is confirmed, the Trainer may reasonably adjust exercises, Session focus, or sequencing based on the pet's progress, welfare, environment, and safety. A material change to price or purchased Package scope requires the Pet Parent's agreement.

9. Training Packages and Sessions

The Booking page or written offer will identify the purchased service, number and approximate length of Sessions, delivery format, price, and any expiration or scheduling requirements. Session dates are not guaranteed until confirmed by the parties.

Unless the Booking states otherwise, Packages are personal to the purchasing Pet Parent and identified pet and may not be transferred. Unused Sessions, expiration, late arrival, rescheduling, no-shows, and partial refunds are governed by the cancellation policy displayed before payment.

A Trainer may pause, modify, or terminate training when the Trainer reasonably believes that continuing would be unsafe, unlawful, outside the Trainer's competence, inconsistent with animal welfare, or materially different from the behavior or history disclosed. Any refund for unused services will be determined under the displayed policy and applicable law.

10. Pet Parent Responsibilities

Pet Parents agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely pet, health, medication, vaccination, behavior, bite, aggression, incident, trigger, and household information relevant to the service.
  • Have legal authority to request services and make decisions for the pet.
  • Keep required vaccinations, licenses, identification, and preventive care current.
  • Provide safe access, accurate instructions, emergency contacts, and appropriate equipment.
  • Follow reasonable safety and preparation instructions and maintain control of the pet when requested.
  • Ensure an authorized adult is present for training when required and supervise minors appropriately.
  • Seek veterinary assessment when illness, pain, medication, or another medical issue may affect care or behavior.
  • Promptly inform the Service Provider of material changes before or during a Booking.

A material failure to disclose known bite, aggression, escape, medical, or other safety history may result in cancellation, suspension, additional reasonable charges, or responsibility for resulting losses to the extent permitted by law.

11. Trainer Responsibilities and Standards

Trainers agree to:

  • Accurately represent their experience, credentials, specialties, and limitations.
  • Work within their competence and recommend another qualified professional or veterinarian when appropriate.
  • Review the Training Request, intake information, and relevant safety history before providing services.
  • Use methods and equipment that comply with applicable animal-welfare laws and FurPalGo policies.
  • Avoid cruelty, abuse, unlawful treatment, and conduct creating an unreasonable risk of injury.
  • Not misrepresent likely outcomes, certifications, public-access status, or guaranteed results.
  • Review AI-Assisted Content before presenting or relying on it as part of a client's final training materials.
  • Document and communicate material safety concerns, incidents, or scope changes.

12. Training Outcomes and Professional Limitations

Pet behavior and training outcomes vary. Neither FurPalGo nor a Trainer guarantees a specific behavior change, completion date, certification, public-access qualification, competition result, or permanent outcome. Results may depend on health, history, temperament, environment, household participation, consistency, practice, and other factors.

Training evaluations, plans, Homework, messages, and materials are educational and training-related. They are not veterinary diagnosis, treatment, medication advice, or emergency services. Users should contact a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns and seek an appropriately qualified professional for severe aggression, anxiety, or other specialized behavior concerns.

13. AI-Assisted Features

FurPalGo may provide AI-assisted tools that help prepare draft intake questions, training evaluations, Training Plans, Session materials, Homework, feedback prompts, and summaries. AI-Assisted Content may be incomplete, inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable for a particular pet.

AI-Assisted Content is a drafting and support tool. It does not replace a Trainer's professional judgment or veterinary advice. Trainers are responsible for reviewing AI-Assisted Content before using or presenting it as final client material. Pet Parents should follow the final instructions approved or supplied by their Trainer and should raise safety or health concerns before attempting an exercise.

Users may not use AI-assisted features to facilitate cruelty, illegal activity, deceptive credentials, medical diagnosis, unsafe instructions, infringement, or violation of another person's privacy. FurPalGo does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, originality, or non-infringement of AI-Assisted Content.

14. Safety, Emergencies, and Animal Welfare

A Service Provider may stop or modify a service when reasonably necessary to protect a person, pet, property, or the public. Pet Parents must provide a reachable emergency contact and, when possible, preferred veterinary information.

If urgent veterinary care appears reasonably necessary and the Pet Parent cannot be reached, the Pet Parent authorizes the booked Service Provider to seek reasonable emergency assistance, subject to any spending limit or instructions disclosed before the Booking and applicable law. The Service Provider must make reasonable efforts to contact the Pet Parent and emergency contact. The Pet Parent is responsible for veterinary and emergency costs except to the extent applicable law or a final determination provides otherwise.

FurPalGo may assist with communications but does not make veterinary diagnoses or treatment decisions. Rules concerning late pickup or abandoned pets apply only when the booked service places the pet in a provider's custody. Reasonable alternate care may be arranged at the Pet Parent's expense when permitted by law.

15. Payments, Fees, and Payouts

15.1 Payment

Pet Parents pay by supported credit card through FurPalGo's third-party payment processor. The card is charged when the Pet Parent gives final confirmation and the transaction is successfully processed. The checkout page displays the provider's price, applicable FurPalGo fees, discounts, and total before payment.

15.2 Pet Parent fees

FurPalGo currently does not charge Pet Parents a FurPalGo booking fee for pet-care Bookings. FurPalGo currently charges Pet Parents a 3% fee for training Bookings, primarily to cover payment-processing costs. Any applicable fee will be shown before final payment.

15.3 Service Provider fees

Unless a different fee or promotion is displayed and accepted, FurPalGo may deduct a platform fee from a Service Provider's earnings for repeat Bookings with the same client according to the following schedule: 11% for the first Booking, 8% for the second, 6% for the third, and 3% for the fourth and later Bookings. FurPalGo may also deduct refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, taxes, adjustments, or other amounts authorized by these Terms or laws.

15.4 Payouts

A Service Provider becomes eligible for payout after the applicable service is completed, subject to payment settlement, fraud review, disputes, refunds, and other lawful holds. A Service Provider may select among payout timing options made available by FurPalGo. Payment-processor and bank processing times are controlled by those providers and are not guaranteed by FurPalGo.

15.5 Taxes and payment disputes

Users are responsible for taxes applicable to their activities except where FurPalGo is legally required to collect, withhold, or report them. Users must first contact FurPalGo regarding an unrecognized or disputed charge and may not initiate an improper chargeback. FurPalGo may suspend an account while a payment dispute is investigated.

16. Cancellations, Refunds, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Unless otherwise disclosed at checkout, a Pet Parent may cancel within 60 minutes after successful payment without a FurPalGo cancellation charge. After that 60-minute period, a 3% payment-processing amount may be nonrefundable, and additional cancellation or refund terms are governed by the Sitter's or Trainer's policy selected and displayed before payment.

Rescheduling, late cancellation, no-shows, Package expiration, unused Sessions, early termination, and partial refunds are governed by the policy displayed for the Booking. If a Service Provider cancels, the parties may reschedule or the Pet Parent may receive an appropriate refund for the undelivered service. Refunds remain subject to applicable law, payment settlement, prior service delivered, discounts, and nonrefundable amounts clearly disclosed before payment.

FurPalGo may cancel or reverse a transaction when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, safety, legal compliance, pricing or technical error, or violation of these Terms.

17. Background Checks, Identity, and Credentials

FurPalGo may facilitate identity verification, background checks, reference checks, or credential review through third parties. A verification badge or status reflects only the information and scope reviewed at the relevant time. FurPalGo does not guarantee that a check is complete, current, error-free, or predictive of future conduct.

Users must exercise independent judgment, review provider profiles and qualifications, ask appropriate questions, and take reasonable safety precautions. Trainers must not claim a certification, license, specialization, or verified status they do not currently hold.

18. User Content and License

You retain ownership of User Content you create, subject to the rights granted in these Terms. You grant FurPalGo a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, transmit, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, improve, and provide the Services; comply with law; and exercise rights under these Terms.

Public profile content and public reviews may be displayed and promoted in connection with FurPalGo and its Services. FurPalGo will not use private messages, intake responses, private training records, or private training media in public marketing without separate permission.

You represent that:

  • You own User Content or have all rights and permissions needed to submit it and grant this license.
  • Your User Content does not violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or another person's rights.
  • You have appropriate authority before uploading content containing another person or a minor.

FurPalGo may remove, restrict, or preserve User Content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or pets, investigate a complaint, or comply with law.

19. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews must reflect the reviewer's genuine experience and may not be fake, misleading, generated by a person who did not receive the service, or conditioned on expressing a particular positive or negative sentiment. Users must disclose material personal, employment, or financial relationships when required by law.

FurPalGo may moderate reviews for relevance, privacy, threats, harassment, fraud, illegality, or violation of these Terms, but will not prohibit or penalize an honest review merely because it is negative. FurPalGo does not guarantee that every review is accurate.

20. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, deceptively, or in a manner that threatens a person or animal.
  • Commit or encourage cruelty, abuse, neglect, harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or unsafe conduct.
  • Misrepresent identity, qualifications, credentials, experience, services, pet history, or payment information.
  • Post infringing, defamatory, obscene, malicious, privacy-invasive, or unlawful content.
  • Create fake reviews, manipulate ratings, or offer an incentive conditioned on review sentiment.
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, probe, bypass, or introduce malicious code into the Services.
  • Use another person's account, evade suspension, or maintain unauthorized duplicate accounts.
  • Solicit or complete a transaction outside FurPalGo in order to avoid an applicable FurPalGo fee after the parties connected through FurPalGo.
  • Use confidential information obtained through FurPalGo for an unrelated purpose.
  • Use the Services or AI-assisted tools to generate unsafe, illegal, deceptive, or harmful instructions.

21. Suspension and Termination

FurPalGo may investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate access; remove content; withhold or delay payouts where legally permitted; or cancel a Booking when we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, safety risk, nonpayment, legal exposure, policy violation, or another legitimate platform risk. When appropriate, we may request information or provide an opportunity to respond.

You may deactivate your account, but deactivation does not cancel an active Booking or eliminate payment, refund, tax, dispute, safety, recordkeeping, or other obligations. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, licenses needed for retained records, disclaimers, limitations, indemnification, and dispute terms.

22. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED EXCEPTIONS BELOW, YOU AND HONGDOU LLC AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT. ARBITRATION DOES NOT USE A JUDGE OR JURY, AND COURT REVIEW OF AN ARBITRATION AWARD IS LIMITED.

22.1 Informal resolution first

Before filing arbitration, the party bringing a claim must send a written Notice of Dispute describing the claimant, account email, facts, legal basis, and requested relief. Notices to FurPalGo must be sent to support@furpalgo.com with the subject line "Notice of Dispute." FurPalGo may send notice to the email or address associated with your account. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least 30 days after receipt before commencing arbitration.

22.2 Agreement to individual arbitration

If the dispute is not resolved, either party may require binding individual arbitration of any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, a Booking, or the relationship between you and FurPalGo, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

22.3 Arbitration administrator and rules

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules or Commercial Arbitration Rules, depending on the nature of the claim, as modified by these Terms. If AAA is unavailable or unwilling to administer the arbitration, the parties will select a mutually acceptable administrator or a court of competent jurisdiction may appoint one.

22.4 Procedure, location, and fees

The arbitration may be conducted by telephone, video conference, written submissions, or in person as the applicable rules and arbitrator permit. A consumer may request a reasonably convenient location. Filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be allocated under the applicable rules and law. FurPalGo will not seek to recover its arbitration fees or attorneys' fees from a consumer unless the arbitrator determines that a claim was frivolous or brought for an improper purpose and such recovery is permitted by law.

22.5 Arbitrator authority

The arbitrator may award the same individual remedies a court could award under applicable law, but only to the extent necessary to resolve the individual claimant's dispute. The arbitrator will issue a reasoned written decision. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

22.6 Exceptions

Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small claims court. Either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property, account security, confidential information, or prevent imminent harm while arbitration is pending. Nothing in this Section prevents a user from reporting a matter to a government agency, and nothing waives a remedy that applicable law makes nonwaivable.

22.7 Class and representative action waiver

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND HONGDOU LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, MASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. AN ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER A REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING WITHOUT THE WRITTEN AGREEMENT OF ALL AFFECTED PARTIES.

22.8 Right to opt out

You may opt out of Sections 22.2 through 22.7 by emailing support@furpalgo.com within 30 days after the date you first accept the version of these Terms containing this arbitration agreement. Use the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and include your full name, FurPalGo account email, and an unambiguous statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect your ability to use the Services or the remaining Terms.

22.9 Severability of arbitration terms

If a portion of this Section is found unenforceable, it will be severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will remain effective, except that if the class or representative action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or remedy, that claim or remedy will proceed in court after any arbitrable claims are completed.

23. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." FURPALGO DISCLAIMS EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.

FurPalGo does not warrant the conduct, qualifications, suitability, safety, availability, or performance of a user or Service Provider; the accuracy of profiles, checks, reviews, AI-Assisted Content, or User Content; uninterrupted operation; or any particular pet-care or training outcome. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this Section may not apply.

24. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FURPALGO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE; BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; EMOTIONAL DISTRESS; LOSS OF DATA; OR REPUTATIONAL HARM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES.

Without limiting the foregoing, FurPalGo is not responsible for the acts or omissions of users or independent Service Providers; injury, illness, escape, bite, property damage, or other harm involving a pet, person, or property; training outcomes; reliance on User Content or AI-Assisted Content; or events occurring during a Booking, meet-and-greet, Session, communication, or off-platform interaction.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FURPALGO'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO FURPALGO DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Each limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

25. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HongDou LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from or relating to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your unlawful, fraudulent, negligent, or willful conduct; (c) your User Content; (d) your infringement or violation of another person's rights; (e) your pet or your failure to disclose material safety information; or (f) services you provide as an independent Service Provider.

FurPalGo will provide reasonable notice of a covered claim and may control the defense and settlement, provided that FurPalGo will not settle a claim requiring your admission of liability or nonmonetary obligation without your consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld. Consumer obligations under this Section apply only to the extent permitted by law.

26. Governing Law and Court Venue

These Terms and any dispute not subject to arbitration are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent federal law applies. Subject to applicable consumer law and Section 22, the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington will have exclusive jurisdiction, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.

27. General Provisions

27.1 Privacy

The FurPalGo Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Policy.

27.2 Electronic communications

You consent to receive agreements, disclosures, notices, receipts, and other communications electronically. Electronic acceptance and records have the same effect as written signatures and records to the extent permitted by law.

27.3 Intellectual property

The Services, software, interface, FurPalGo name and marks, and FurPalGo-created content are owned by HongDou LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no rights are granted.

27.4 Third-party services

The Services may rely on or link to third-party payment, verification, mapping, communications, AI, analytics, app-store, or other services. Their terms and privacy practices may apply. FurPalGo is not responsible for a third party's independent services.

27.5 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without FurPalGo's written consent. FurPalGo may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law.

27.6 Force majeure

FurPalGo is not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, utility or network failures, labor disputes, government action, public-health events, war, terrorism, or third-party service outages.

27.7 Order of precedence

For a specific Booking, the checkout terms and selected cancellation policy control over conflicting general Booking provisions in these Terms. These Terms control over general platform materials unless expressly stated otherwise.

27.8 Severability, waiver, and entire agreement

Except as provided in Section 22.9, if a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable Booking policies form the entire agreement between you and FurPalGo concerning the Services.

27.9 Headings

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
